What We Expect From you

Empanda want you to move in and work with us so you can move out again in a positive, planned way into your own flat, house or whatever suits you.

In between moving in and moving out you’ll need to stick to the house rules and your Licence Agreement. Easy.

We offer a safe place to live while you work with the support workers in the building to get the skills you need to move on into your own place.

This might take 18 months, it might be quicker; it depends on how old you are when you move in and how quickly you can show us that you can budget, cook, clean and be a good neighbour and tenant.

You’ll then meet with one of the team from North-Norfolk District Council so they can be sure you’re ready to move on into your own home.

• Somewhere you can access help and support
• Much more than just a roof over your head – you have to work with the staff team so that they can help you move to your own place

Before you move in you have to be sure that this is what you want and that you can commit to sitting down with support workers and planning how you can get your own home. We’ll then work alongside you every step of the way to make this happen!
