How to pay your rent:

Option 1: Bank Transfer

If you have access to your bank account via the internet then a direct bank transfer is the quickest and easiest way to do this. If you want some help setting this up just speak with a member of staff and they can assist you and give you Empanda’s bank details.

Option 2: Card Payment on our website

Go to empanda.org.uk -

If you can’t do this from your ‘phone then pop into the office and ask to use one of our tablets or computers.

Click on ‘Make a Payment’ – this is at the top of the screen on the right hand side and follow the instructions that appear..

If you have a PayPal account you can pay through this, if you don’t it’s not a problem, you can use your debit card. Please make sure that the address you supply is the address that your bank account is registered at, otherwise this might not work.

If you can’t do either of these don’t panic – just make sure you speak with a member of staff and we’ll work something out so you don’t get into arrears.
